Susan Lynda Taylor

Susan Lynda Taylor is based in Norfolk she loves every aspect of art in it’s many forms and
believes in eating and living as organically as possible. She believes we need to take care of our
planet and each other.

Susan also hates plastic. She loves colour and texture – the beauty of nature and believe colours
affect our feelings and mood and has the ability to lift us.

Susan loves history and the prehistoric world and finds fossils in particular fascinating. Fossils can
be difficult and heavy to display and she had an idea to try and replicate some with texture and a
mixture of mediums, she usually does these on canvas but has also has had commissions on
black roof slates which have then been plastered into an interior.

Susan explains that when she paints she wants to create beauty and to be able to create a vision
to revisit multiple times and find something new and a beauty not seen before. She always has a
deep emotional connection to her work and loves when a buyer experiences that feeling too – this
is the greatest joy of her creative process.

Susan is a self taught Artist who loves experimenting with all mediums. She has had her work in
various galleries. Exhibits with the Norfolk and Norwich Art Circle -Art Fair East – Urban Art Store.
