Excursion: Christchurch Mansion
Wednesday 16th September 2026
A very pleasant day was had by all on our trip to Christchurch Mansion to see Constable 250 Exhibition. We are awaiting some photos to show you what we did. Some of us did some painting on site, whilst others enjoyed wandering round the exhibitions and grounds of the mansion
“LOOK WHERE WE WENT”
Mendham Mill & London Trip
Wednesday 8 July
Mendham Mill quoted
“Today we welcomed members of the Norfolk & Norwich Art Circle. Founded in 1885, the young Alfred Munnings was a member of this art group so it’s a privilege to host current members to paint here where Munnings himself grew up and painted. The mill is opening for a number of different ‘plein air’ art groups this year”
Wednesday 29 July
Members and guests enjoyed the day out in London despite the extreme heat. Shelter was found in the Royal Academy Summer Show or some people headed to the National Gallery and Portrait gallery.
